Payment Processing
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be confirmed.
Some payment providers may place a temporary authorisation hold on your card. This is not a charge and will be released by your bank in line with their processing timelines.

All prices listed on the Etihana website are shown in AUD, unless otherwise stated.

All prices are displayed inclusive of GST, where applicable.
Any duties, taxes, or shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
If there is a pricing error, Etihana reserves the right to cancel or amend an order. If payment has already been received, a refund will be issued as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your security is important to us. Etihana uses encrypted payment processing and trusted third-party payment providers to protect your information. We do not store or have access to your card or payment details at any time.

Etihana does not store or have access to your full card details at any time.
Digital wallet methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) use device-level security for added protection.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, Etihana reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Additional verification may be requested for high-value purchases.
Verification may include confirming billing details, providing identification, or verifying email or phone contact.
If your payment is declined or flagged by our fraud prevention system, you may need to contact your bank or payment provider to resolve the issue.
Store Credit, Vouchers & Gift Cards
If Etihana offers store credits, promotional vouchers, or gift cards:
- They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;
- They must be used within the stated validity period; and
- Only one voucher may apply per order unless otherwise stated.
