If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by you or by us.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our website and services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. On termination, you remain liable for any amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and any ongoing obligations which by their nature survive termination.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
