Etihana Shipping Policy

At Etihana, we’re committed to making your shopping experience simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship locally within Australia. 

We ship to Australian residential and business addresses and Parcel Lockers. 

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 5:00 pm AEST (Brisbane time, UTC+10), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Processing times are counted in business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping estimate

Once shipped, estimated delivery within Australia is typically 6–8 business days.
We send out shipments during business days only (Monday - Friday).

Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Metro areas are often faster, while regional and remote areas (including WA/NT and rural postcodes) may take longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

Total Shipping Estimate

From placing your order, we estimate to get your purchase to you between 7-10 business days.

This total estimate is calculated as processing time (1–2 business days) plus shipping transit time (typically 6–8 business days), and is measured in business days only.

Public Holidays

Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays. Delivery estimates may be extended during these periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Shipping Carriers

We work with Australia Post as our trusted delivery partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. 

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Lost Parcels / Missing Items

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@etihana.com as soon as possible.

We’ll help investigate with Australia Post and work with you on next steps.

You may also lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post, and we can provide supporting details if needed.

Delivery Issues (Delays or Damage)

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@etihana.com. We’re here to help and will work quickly to resolve any issues. 

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Australia Post and keep you updated.
