1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 5:00 pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, delivery within Australia typically takes 6–8 business days, with metro areas usually faster than regional or remote locations. Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–10 business days from the time you place it.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Etihana is an online store operating from Australia. 

4. What if I receive a defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our Returns Policy.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches our office, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection (excluding weekends and public holidays). If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. In total, refunds are typically received within 9–10 business days from when your return arrives at our office.
